There is a compelling business case to promoting civility and respect in the workplace. In 2015 alone, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission “recovered $164.5 million for workers alleging harassment – and these direct costs are just the tip of the iceberg” (EEOC, 2016). Federal agencies and courts, along with states and municipalities have made it clear that maintaining a safe workplace is essential for all employees.

“Creating the Respectful Workplace™” seminar
Our cornerstone seminar, “Creating the Respectful Workplace™”, can be delivered in a half or full day format. This program delivers a “whole brain” experience to ensure participants understand both the legal considerations and performance-related benefits of workplace behaviors.
Areas of dialogue and engagement include:
- Awareness of the impact of a disrespectful workplace on associates and the organization (“The Price We Pay”)
