Mary Pat Donelan, ICF ACC, Senior Associate

Ms. Donelan provides executive coaching and leadership consultation to our clients. She has eight years of executive coaching experience with over 100 federal directors and private sector emerging leaders. She earned both her Master’s degree in Counseling and Bachelor’s in Psychology at the University of Maryland.

Mary Pat’s senior leadership experience includes 10 years as the Human Resources Director of Internal Revenue Service, (IRS) Office of Chief Counsel, Department of Treasury and she also served as the Director, Training and Communications and Executive Resources Board for 2 years. Her accomplishments included writing and editing Executive Core Qualifications for aspiring leaders, conducting training on the OPM 360 and working with managers to analyze developmental opportunities and develop an action plan based on the results of this inventory.
Mary Pat is certified as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and maintains membership in the ICF Maryland and DC Chapters, ICF Government Community of Practice, and Maryland ICF Business Development Community of Practice.
She is active in community service, having over ten years of volunteer experience coaching and facilitating groups of females with life sentences at the Maryland Correctional Institution for Women, Jessup, MD., and ongoing bible study groups through church ministry with inmates at the men’s correctional facility at Jessup.
